Susan Shillue
Managing Director

Susan Shillue is the Managing Director of our Hilb Group branch in Hanover, MA (formerly known as Cook & Company Insurance Services). Ms. Shillue brings almost four decades of executive and managerial experience in the health insurance management industry to this role. She assists clients in the management of their group health benefits programs, provides clients with assistance in the interpretation and implementation of new statutes and regulations, and assists clients in controlling health care costs.

In 2015, Ms. Shillue was named President of Cook & Company Insurance Services, where her responsibilities include running the day-to-day operation of all divisions, while continuing in her role in the Health Plan Management Group. This includes the development, marketing, and implementation of services and products offered through all divisions of the firm.

Ms. Shillue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
